Alfredo arrived promptly as scheduled. He was polite, professional, and efficient. He cleaned up the job site before leaving and tested the plumbing. The work comprised of opening the wall and cutting a drain pipe to lower it to proper code and installing new plumbing below the kitchen sink.

Mr. Rooter was able to come and fix my sewer backup issue within the same morning. Alfredo was our plumbing technician and he was very professional and friendly. He took the time to explain to me how things work and was able to creatively solve some out of the box hiccups that arose during the service. Their pricing is not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. We would definitely recommend them for your plumbing issues.

Arrived home to a pool of water all over the kitchen floor. Found we'd sprung a leak in a line under the kitchen sink past the shut off valve. Thank heavens Alex was able to come out within hours. He confirmed we'd shut off the water correctly, inspected under the house, explained everything he was doing, and then offered multiple levels of solutions to choose from. I wasn't in a state of mind to make a big decision and so he offered to come back the next day. He returned promptly the next day and did the work in a few hours. Our technician Alfredo was amazing. He was quick and efficient! Our toilet was clogged and he helped us identify the problem. He also went above and beyond and checked on our plumbing under in the crawl space.

Had a very smooth and positive first experience with Mr Rooter, especially with our technician Alfredo! I called to make an appointment and they had one available the next morning. I received a text 30mins before the appointment to let us know Alfredo was the assigned technician and on his way. He was punctual to the appointment, and after walking him through the issues, he explained the job that needed to be done clearly.
