Cannot return parts of any kind. Don’t buy or open to test your part. Terrible customer service to top it off. Will not work with you to exchange or store credit. NOTHING but rude people working inside the building. Picture is tested part that does not work for my unit. Unused or installed part is in new working condition.

Excellent customer service...polite...knowledgeable...good sense of humor. This applies to both locations. I called the Lee's Summit location, but went to the Lenexa location to get my part. They had the part for my 27 y.o. Maytag washer.

The representative who answered the phone said my needed HVAC blower motor part was $290, which I would have gladly paid. However, it was supposedly a special order that would take up to two weeks. Given that it's almost 100 degrees outside I asked him for the part number to see if I could find it more quickly. He refused, stating "we don't give out part numbers". This is a company with ZERO compassion for a family living in the summer heat!

Great experience. Needed a simple dryer part, a thermal fuse, they were the ONLY ones in the south KC area that had it in stock. Called first, easy drive there, got the part in less than a minute, and was on my way. Clerk was great. Nice facility, too.
