We had a previous pest control company coming to service our home, but any time we missed them due to work coming up, it was very hard to get them back out within the same quarter we paid for to treat inside. Always got the run around on rescheduling. I called Blue Beetle on Tuesday, they were here Thursday. Jonah Lang, the tech that came out was very nice and professional. Provided some tips, set some extra traps and told us how to keep an eye out. Told us to call ANYTIME we saw other issues or to come handle the traps if needed. As someone who works in a client facing capacity and works hard to keep customers returning, when you pay for a service, that's all you need in return, is the service you paid for. Glad we called Blue Beetle when we did. Thank you, Blue Beetle Team for your responsiveness and professionalism.
