The service was great and I was lucky to have Richard as the tech to take care of my problem. Answered all my questions and provided answers that gave me options and made me feel confident in the work he was doing. Will certainly reach out again if I have any more issues.
Flawless experience. The 4.9 stars caught my attention. The website is impressive/robust. The ability to make appointments online is pretty much unheard of and very convenient for people who can't be on the phone during "normal" business hours. Booking a home visit online at midnight is unheard of and helpful. The reminder text messages are even better than Amazon and Walmart - appointment confirmed, estimated time of arrival, an updated/tighter ETA, and an "on his way - almost there" notification. The technician knew his stuff. Being professional and friendly was an added bonus. Thorough assessment made. Needed part(s) identified. Immediate quote for repair and part(s). Payment by check, cash, or credit card. The fixed appliance is as good as new! No deficiencies noted.
Richard Clowers was excellent. He showed up on time, extremely knowledgeable and explained the issues to me in a manner I could understand. He was friendly, very polite, and made the experience as enjoyable as possible. I highly recommend using this company and requesting him as your technician. 5 stars all the way around.
Mr Appliance is excellent in the services provided. Alex (the technician) was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Arrived on time based on schedules and completed work accurately and in a timely manner. In addition the management team was also very helpful in scheduling and interested in helping us. They were able to help make an unfortunate situation into a positive one. I am very pleased with the services provided and will definitely call them again and would highly recommend!
Richard arrived early in the given time range and came to discover more than he bargained for. Even so, he promptly got my dryer back up and running. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and I would highly recommend him and Mr Appliance to my own family.
