The repair was amazing and service was perfect! I thought my phone was dead and gone, it was cracked so badly. But they replaced the screen in minutes and she lives again! Service was quick, friendly, professional and prompt.

Fast and efficient. The young guy who helped me out was very nice. The store is very secure with many cameras. They replaced the screen on my iPhone 15 pro max in 10 minutes and it’s worked well

UPDATE TO THE UPDATE: The company doesn’t have one fact straight about what transpired when I was there. Not one. I paid way more than $90 to have you repair it the second time. So the whole thing about me having only $90 is untrue THAT time you told me about the different quality screens you sell, BUT you did NOT the first time I was there. From reading all these reviews you clearly charge customers different amounts for the same things. I signed something but I had no idea it was a void to a warranty. That’s not something I would have signed had I known. I was very surprised that your company did not stand by your work as that’s one of the reasons I had you repair my phone in the first place. And I never raised my voice, quite the opposite in fact. You clearly have not reviewed the video footage of me or you would not be responding with what you have stated as fact. Or you are lying. I also have not reviewed your video footage with you, any of your employees, or witnesses. I didn’t ask to see it & you didn’t show it to me. So since you say you know who I am, email or call me to discuss this. I’ll be happy to update this review again with your response or lack there of. I have only reviewed companies that have asked for reviews by sending me emails. It’s just not something I think of doing unless prompted to do so. You asked so I provided an honest review. You have not responded the same. UPDATE: the company just posted a response & not one thing they responded with is true. NOT ONE. They have cameras there so they could actually pull the footage & look at what happened. They obviously have not because otherwise they would be apologizing & offering to fix THEIR mistakes. They don’t even know who I am so how can they respond truthfully??The measure of a good company is not what happens when everything goes well but when it doesn’t. I gave you a second chance & you let me down again. Lying isn’t acceptable, nor is your lack of respect. WARNING!! While the person who did the repairs was nice, they didn’t inform me of any of the options of getting my phone repaired. Found out the hard way the reason they are cheaper to replace the broken glass on phones is because they use cheap glass that broke again in 2 days. $380 down the drain, TWICE!! The 2nd replacement glass broke in 4 days even with me being EXTREMELY careful with it. I can’t afford to do it again for a 3rd time! I had to pay to get the glass replaced again TWICE so it would have been far less expensive to get the apple quality glass the first time & I would have had I known that. I didn’t find that out until the 2nd time I had it replaced (they don’t guarantee/warranty this!) & that broke in 4 days! I’m not hard on my phone at all so it’s ridiculous that this is their scam! They also said my phone antenna was bad & replaced that. Now since they “fixed” that, it barely works unless I’m hooked up to wifi. It gets stuck & wont advance to the next screen. Since I’m on the road a lot this is VERY difficult to deal with! AND the battery now doesn’t hold a charge for longer than 2 hours! This wasn’t an issue until they fixed the glass! This is an IPhone 14 Pro Max so it’s not old or beat up. BEWARE THEIR SCAMS!!
