DO NOT use this business if you have an emergency. I recently called them to replace a pump that had quit working in my septic. Kirk answered the call and installed a pump that I had already removed and had laying on the ground. He did about 15 minutes worth of work and charged me nearly $600. Wow!! OK. When he sent the bill it just said "replace pump". I asked for an itemized bill stating make and model number of the pump he installed and any warranty info. The reply was "our system is not set up that way"......What???? He absolutely refused to give me that information. All I got was threats and excuses. That sent up a big red flag. Did he put in a used pump? Did he put in an inferior pump? I don't know because he will not give me that info. I would avoid them for any emergency work. There are more reputable and reasonable services out there. Notice the only claim he refuted was the cost? The bill was 585 dollars and I have the invoice and the receipt to prove it. He threatened to send it to collections after 4 days. I have the email and phone call to prove it. He refused to answer my request for the manufacturer and the model number of the pump. I don't know what he put in and he is unwilling to prove it. Ask his peers. Call anyone who also does this and they will tell you he is a crook.
