My generator on my semi truck stopped working I brought it to Patrick he got me in diagnosed the problem pretty quick. I ended up having it pulled out and gone through and he went above and beyond to keep his word and had it done when I was told it would be. From the first call and speaking with his daughter to the great customer service and conversations everything went great. Definitely will recommend to anyone.
The propane generator on my Class B RV wasn't turning over and I was referred to Desert Generator by a local RV mechanic whom they spoke very highly of and I see why, Patrick and Ana are true Desert Gems! The whole process of scheduling a visit and the time Patrick took to assess and repair was so quick and easy. Even better, it just needed a little cleaning, new oil and I was on my way. Thank you Ana and Patrick!

Highly recommend coming to Desert Generators for any and all generator needs. We had originally taken our RV to lazy days of Tucson and were quoted 2 weeks for parts to arrive, and twice as much as what Anna and Patrick charged me. Anna was extremely pleasant to work with. She was able to get our parts ordered and delivered within two days. She was extremely forthcoming with information about the entire process. Which made us feel at ease during a stressful time. Extremely hard working individuals who know what they are talking about and doing!!!
