I cannot say enough incredible things about Titan Restoration of AZ. This company is truly in a league of its own. From the first call to the final walkthrough, everything was handled with absolute professionalism, urgency, and care. They went above and beyond at every step and made what could have been a nightmare process completely manageable. And Kari — WOW. She is an absolute rockstar. Knowledgeable, responsive, compassionate, and relentless about making sure everything was done perfectly. She kept me informed, advocated on my behalf, and genuinely cared about the outcome. You can tell she takes real pride in her work and in her clients. The entire team was punctual, respectful, detail-oriented, and clearly experts at what they do. The quality of work was outstanding, and the communication was better than I could have imagined. If you’re on the fence, don’t be. We have had a great experience with Titan restoration so far! We have had a bad leak that has required the removal of a significant amount of flooring. Though the installation of new flooring is not complete yet, the exceptional work done by Ronnie V. and Carlos C. ( who removed the flooring ) warranted a review before all work is completed. Ronnie and Carlos worked with care and skill to remove the flooring. They were both easy to communicate with and took great care when moving our possessions. When the amount of flooring that needed to be removed was larger than anticipated they took time to explain the problem, answers questions I might have, and worked diligently to solve the problem. They went above and beyond to ensure our home remained as functional as possible during the remediation and they were thorough with their work, ensuring all damaged flooring was removed and taking care to ensure there were no additional leaks that could cause further damage. I want to emphasize that I have never had a contractor(s) take such care with my home and possession and treat them with this much respect. I don’t think many people are excited to need restoration work done on their home. It’s a stressful situation, especially when the damage is more extensive than expected. Carlos and Ronnie not only did exceptional work, they also used humor and empathy to make us feel at ease during a stressful situation and took time to answer questions, explain next steps, and make us laugh. It was refreshing to work with them and despite the nightmare damages we are dealing with, they made me smile and feel 100 times better about the situation.
