Had a situation with a breaker that would not stay on. Darren found the issue - a completely freak situation caused by a leak from the dishwasher causing a short. Great communication before and during, called to let me know they were on the way, cleaned up after the job, overall, quite pleased with the service and their knowledge! I would call this a 5 star X 2. Dement upgraded my service to meet current and future needs. TOTALLY satisfied. Price, efficiency, quality of the work, communication, handled all the details. I was very impressed with the job that DeMent Electric Inc. did for me to design and install a complete solar system with a large rack of panels, inverter etc. and batteries. Matt DeMent responded quickly to my initial enquiry and I was impressed by his evident knowledge of solar power and solar systems. He was onto the work within a week of my signing the contract on December 4th and honored my request to complete the job before the end of the year. Matt, his foreman and other members of his work crew were courteous and efficient. They were careful to avoid causing any disruptions greater than necessary when digging the trenches needed for wiring, and were attentive to cleaning up after themselves. I feel that Matt went the extra mile to accommodate my requests to minimize the visual impact of the system without compromising its efficiency. All-in-all, it has been a pleasure to work with him.
