I want to thank J & S for taking care of our bathroom issues so quickly and with such nice plumbers, Regan and Nicholas. Doing without plumbing fixtures is really hard now days and I just can't go back to a porta potty at my age. Thank you so much for such quick and good work, love having our toilet and sink and instant water heater back. Thank you again!
Jason came out to my place and found the problem with my propane wall furnace yesterday. He had to take apart the furnace guts to get to the problem. Thank you Jason for your determined "get 'her done" attitude!!! You are the Master Furnace Fixer. My furnace is now working like a champ after a non-J&S plumber looked for the problem for 8 days! I have been using J&S for the last 19 years on my own home and my rentals. They are reasonably priced, can fix any plumbing & heating issue AND THE J & S STAFF ALWAYS ANSWERS THE PHONE AND RETURNS YOUR CALLS.
They installed a pressure reducing valve on the house we are renting. Left a pile of dirt from the hole they dug instead of simply spreading it out and leaving the work area looking decent. And, their work is leaking, has water pooled underneath the valve. Have been trying to call them to get them to come fix it...no answer. If they don't answer will be making a complaint against their license.
J & S was able to diagnose a cracked and plugged pipe under my floor, and their crew opened a hole in the concrete, dug out the dirt to reach the problem, and fixed it, in just over half a day. They were willing to repour the concrete floor but I was able to do that myself. Excellent work, friendly folks, fixed a problem that a previous plumber was unable to. I highly recommend J & S.
Absolutely awesome company!! We had Chris here, and he was so patient with us, listened, was informative, and truly did a great job! He gave us great advice on the work he would do, fixed my kitchen water flow, and took pics of his work to be sure the job would be done to the best of his ability. We HIGHLY recommend J&S Plumbing in Silver City, NM!!
