Our heat went out just before a major winter storm. We got a call back within minutes and Homero showed up to diagnose and repair the furnace. He was professional, articulate, respectful and thorough. He didn’t leave until the job was complete and our heat was back on and running! We are extremely impressed with the service that we received from David Ashcom heating and air and they now have new clients for life! We reached out to David and they were able to work us in within a couple of days with all the snow and ice conditions. We had reached out explaining that Our light bill had increased drastically and we were concerned that maybe it was our heat pump and wanted a technician to come out and check it out. Austin was very knowledgeable and reassured me that our unit was in good condition and working properly.
