From start to finish our heat pump installation experience with Dave's Mechanical Maintenance was fantastic! Dave's professionalism and outstanding technical knowledge resulted in a very cozy, previously unheated second floor in our 240+ year old home. Meghan's exceptional communication and prompt attention to every email made the administrative side of our project a breeze. The installation team, led by Nate, was prompt, courteous, and innovative (did I mention our house was built in 1786?), finding ways to work with the 'surprises' they found in our walls and foundation. Dave and his family provided the best and fastest service we've ever received - and we've already contracted with them to install another unit in our home! Highly recommend!

Dave listened to my needs and concerns and came up with a best pump layout that was less than anticipated. The quote was detailed so there were no surprises. Meghan at the office was attentive, organized, and knowledgeable. Nate and the crew were professional and skilled. They all were tidy, even with the challenge of a winter installation and countless trips in and outside. Their post installation clean up was great, no contractor explosion. I think that went about as well as any 5 figure home project could go. Heat pumps are fantastic too, now that I have them, I wish I would have done it sooner.
