The representative on the phone gave me some initial troubleshooting help, then dispatched a tech promptly when I could not resolve the issue myself. The tech, Silas, was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient, completing the necessary repair within the scope of what was still considered a diagnostic visit (no additional charge beyond the base visit charge). I appreciated the quick help when the house was too cold!
I’ve had Dave’s come out on two separate occasions. Both times they have been incredibly prompted, reasonable on price, and efficient. Parker and Gavin both have been amazing to work with. I can’t recommend Dave’s Heating and Cooling enough.
Our furnace was not kicking on properly during a cold spell. I called Dave's and they answered right away. Parker was here within the hour and had it fixed within 30 minutes. The charge was very reasonable. He answered my questions and was knowledgeable. We have found our furnace people!
