Contacted Dave’s Garage door at approximately 1:00pm on a Saturday because the spring on our garage door had broken. Scott arrived promptly and had the garage door fixed by 4:15pm. Super impressed. Great customer service and a 3 year warranty on the spring.
Great speedy service. I called at 10 and service was complete at 5:00. My 20 year old system needed a new spring, rollers and bearings at the ends of the bar holding the spring. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I recommend Dave's not just because I'm a Dave, but because they are 5 stars in my book.
Great service from start of inquiry, communication on point . Arrived on time, extremely impressed by service, explained reason for issue, was super thorough in his instructions and inspection of the door. Was very upfront on costs and had all the supplies needed to replace remote relay. Went over how to handle future remote programming and set up my car remote. Double checked all his work and made sure we understood the new equipment. Just all around good service and he was so nice and friendly. Even double checked to ensure we could get a senior or veteran discount. Invoice was detailed and had dates of current equipment even add what may need replaced soon. Highly recommended this business to everyone! Thanks again Scott!
Jason called to say he was running late, which I appreciated being made aware of. He inspected my garage door opener and installed a key pad outside. Jason was knowledgeable and informative about the condition of the opener. I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable charge. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Hey, we ditched our old, super-heavy wooden garage door for a much lighter one that looks amazing, is insulated, and is way quieter. Seriously, I can't thank Jason enough. He was a fantastic installer, met with me beforehand, explained everything, and even checked in afterward. Plus, he gave me great tips on keeping the door in top shape.
