Outstanding service from start to finish. From the moment I walked in to the moment I picked up my bike, the experience was seamless and professional. The staff is excellent, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They also cleaned my bike to a level I honestly haven’t seen in years. Far better than any other bike shop I’ve visited. Highly recommended.
Went to another shop for a popped woom tire and inner tube (had the replacements myself) and they did the install. They then told me his brake was broken, a $75 fix and they’d have the part the next day. Four days later, I picked the bike up with the brake issue unresolved. I brought the bike to Danny’s and the service tech looked at it and said the brakes are fine, just a minor crack that didn’t require replacement. Super grateful for his honesty and helpfulness.
Had a really great experience selecting Danny’s in Scarsdale for my tune up and car rack purchase. Friendly, helpful, nonjudgmental staff! I’ve been back to pick up some other equipment which I found in stock. I can only say good things about the team and store.
