Dan saved the day at our business! The oven broke the week before Thanksgiving and Dan was able to get it fixed the next day. He was very prompt and professional, would highly recommend!

I hired Dan to refurbish an older Blodgett pizza oven. Not only did he get it working like new, but made a suggestion to upgrade the thermostat to allow me to reach the optimal baking temps I was looking for. Very thorough and transparent in his evaluation and diagnosis and communicated well throughout the process so I understood what the problems were and the budget needed to fix it. Very fair pricing and excellent service. Will definitely do business with Dan again.
