The body work they did on my Challenger was excellent. I've had an issue with the headlight that was replaced, but they're taking care of it. I'll definitely be using them again.

It's a little long winded but I want to be fair, I took my wife's car there for an insurance claim for a minor scratch on the bumper and broke the clip tying the fender and bumper together. The repaired scratch area was very well done the paint blending was great the metallic flake laid the correctly. However when installing the bumper after the repair they chipped the paint in the corners. When I went to pick up the vehicle on friday they did not mention these. I pointed them out and was told I'd have to wait til Monday to speak with the boss. I showed up Monday and it looked like someone quickly dabbed on touch up paint on the scratches not... After a argument/discussion the boss agreed they were from handling the bumper during the repair and would fix them. I got the car Thursday with the paint properly repaired. Obviously there's a level of inconvenience but my biggest issue was that we had to keep a rental car for an extra 6 days the shop said they'd speak to the insurance paying for the rental about this (they did not) and the lack of quality control is annoying my wife probably would've missed this is she picked it up herself. it's a white car and the bumper is black underneath so the chips would've extremely obvious to a professional. This shop has a great reputation with car enthusiasts which is why I went there but I didn't have a great experience.
