5+ stars for Kyle at D&K. I couldn’t have been more impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He called ahead to take a brief history of the issue, arrived exactly when he said he would, and efficiently troubleshot the problem- all while teaching and giving his apprentice hands-on experience. They had everything repaired. tested and working in short order. He also offered helpful recommendations on filters and replacement schedules. When I mentioned my child’s allergies, he discussed practical options without any of the high-pressure upselling I’ve experienced with other HVAC companies. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews- and this one is completely unsolicited- but I truly can’t say enough positive things about my experience today. Thanks D&K and Kyle!

We recently had our HVAC system replaced and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire team was friendly, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. They showed up right on time and kept me updated throughout the whole process so I always knew what was going on. They were very respectful of our home and did a great job cleaning up after themselves once the installation was complete. You’d never know we had a major system replacement done. The new system looks fantastic and runs so much quieter and smoother than the 17-year-old unit it replaced. The difference in sound and overall performance is immediately noticeable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC work. Great team, great communication, and great results.

Shout out to Jennifer and Kyle! I will never use another HVAC company! Since moving here 9 years ago I’ve owned 3 properties in the area - so I have worked with several different HVAC companies. These guys are hands down the BEST. They’re all incredibly knowledgeable, transparent and professional - I learn something new every time they come to do their scheduled service. The office staff are so friendly and efficient - they call back right away and are flexible when I’ve needed to change a scheduled service. They’re accommodating (same day service!) when something time sensitive occurs (our heat stopped working during the coldest week of the year - they were here a mere hours after I called). We learned about D&K when we purchased our home thanks to the previous owner and her impeccable notes. I recommend D&K to everyone I know, when you find the best tradesman, be it a HVAC, plumbing or electrical company - you gotta hang on to em! AND you have to share;) ! That way they stay in business forever and you never have to hire someone half as good!

At 6:30pm I realized my house was 66° and my heat was set at 72°. I left a message on the after hours messaging and got a call within 30 minutes. Within another 40 minutes a technician arrived and was so helpful in warming my house back up. Thank you so much for your help Evan! Hopefully i dont see you again until this Summer for an A/C check! I appreciate you coming so quick and with such a good attitude after regular hours. Your kindness is much appreciated.
