We had a great experience with this company from start to finish. Every single person we interacted with (the sales rep, project manager, scheduling coordinator, and the install crew) was wonderful. Everyone was responsive, timely, helpful, and genuinely kind. Communication was excellent throughout the process and everything stayed on track. Our fence turned out great and we highly recommend reaching out to them if you’re considering a new fence!
Fence and Deck Connection did our fence and deck. Tracy who did the quote, and John who gave me an update with the status of the permit and all... They were both awesome! Several companies gave me a quote on the deck and so far, Fence and Deck has the best pricing! We love their service and the quality of our fence and deck!
We had a great experience from start to finish with the installation of our new fence. Fence & Deck Connection was quick in responding to our questions, giving us a quote, giving us a start date and sticking with it! The installation team was very professional and courteous. They arrived in the morning had the old fence removed and the new one installed by the afternoon! We received a courtesy call to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and later Brian came by to visually inspect the work. We would highly recommend this company!
