Love going here friendly people and lots of goodies for the bike and yourself 😁 one of my favorite places go like a kid in a candy shoppe but really great people very helpful and knowledgeable only place I go get my tires done every year and all my parts I need
The prices beat Amazon.com really. I was going to get fork oil from Amazon.com and a buddy of mine told me to check out Cycle Gear. So I stopped in to check it out. Not only did I save money, but the staff showed me exactly where to find what I was looking for and what specifically fix my bike. Super easy, really friendly, and did I mention, cheaper than amazon.com without having to wait. I'm going back to Cycle Gear as soon as I can.
The young lady working there was very good help and super Pleasant to talk with she knew the answer to my questions which was very nice
The staff was nice. I had a code for signing up for email offers it was for 10% off. I’ll go into the store. They said it’s only for certain merchandise a couple other things I purchased the 10% was good for the employee told me he would just give me 10% on my order purchase my order got home no 10% off not even on the items that qualified for 10% off. SMH
Very unhappy. Had the helmet for not more than a week walked around the house couple times while my bike was down and realize it’s a little big. I brought it back in. They wouldn’t take it back because of a couple bug spots. So if anybody ever brought this helmet back with a couple bucks spots on it, I bought it for full price got screwed. not enough on this helmet to lose my business. absolutely nothing wrong with this brand new helmet other than I’m out$169 of something I can’t wear. Great customer service ha!
