Dustin was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough during our service call. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure the system was working perfectly before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and providing excellent customer service. Culligan is lucky to have him highly recommend Dustin to anyone needing service!
Dustin the installer was kind and courteous. He was able to explain things in a way that we could all understand. He set our system up for ease of use changing the filters. After a small hiccup on the install day, Culligan came back the next day and rectified the issue to our satisfaction.
