My Mazda CX5 needed a thermostat replaced. While looking into it, they found it may be covered under warranty through Mazda. They were kind enough to call me and let me know, and they didn’t even charge me for checking out the issue. They’ve gained my trust and will definitely do business with them again.
Woodford Automotive worked on my 1989 Cadillac Brougham! This car is my baby and they very much treated it as if it were their own. So many shops i have taken it to in the passed either didn’t want to work on it, kept it for upwards of a month, and or scratched up the paint, got grease stains everywhere, overspray, etc, I thought it was just normal and expected. Woodford Automotive returned my car without a blemish. Running great. With a quick turnaround plus friendly customer service, AND a very reasonable cost, i give them 5 stars!! They will also be fixing up my work van here very soon. To many people just want your money or to get you in and out. Woodford Automotive, they are not those people. Give them a ring!
Took my Monte Carlo 03' here after the brakes went out. Needed a new brake line front to back that had to be custom made. Was done within the week, were very understanding and accommodating to my situation. Ended up paying a lot less than I thought I would! 10/10 recommend them!!
Justin & all of the team at Woodford Automotive are true superheroes. While traveling home to Pennsylvania, 9.5 hours away, my fuel tank dropped out of my truck. (Broken weld on the tank straps) The didn't hesitate to help me. Fashioned and rebuilt the strap housing & worked together to get me back on the road. Fair & realistic pricing plus they went above and beyond to put my mind at ease. Even though they had a full schedule, this amazing team took the time to help a girl get back home safely to her family. I will absolutely recommend this shop to anyone that is looking for complete automotive service. They definitely wear their superhero cape disguised as coveralls.
Assumed ownership of my deceased wife's 2009 Kia. It's a great car but the suspension was badly worn. Dropped car off and told them to repair what was needed. I couldn't stand the clanging noise.They even gave me a ride home.it was there a week when I was messaged that the car was ready. Picked it up and was amazed at its ride. Almost as smooth as my Explorer. These people are so cordial and professional who really know what they are doing. They are #1 in my book. Highly recommend them.
