Creech Auto Repair

I hate to leave a semi negative review since I am a small business supporter, but the owner left me in the parking lot for 30 minutes without notifying me he would be late. The most frustrating part is I left him a list and ask him to call me when he got to the shop so I could clarify what I wanted done, which he didn’t because “he didn’t have time.” Just not a whole lot of respect for a new customer. He doesn’t work on tires or underneath the dashes which were not communicated to me beforehand. He changed the oil and the serpentine belt when it didn’t even need it. For charging 100 dollars an hour for service that was unwarranted, I wouldn’t reccomend creech auto.

I absolutely love creeche's!! Let me just start out by saying I'm very hesitant when it comes to other people working on my van , but I would absolutely trust Dustin to fix any issue my van may have. in the past 2months he's gotten pretty familiar with it by replacing my alternator, rack and pinion and both axels. They are darn good at what they do and you can't beat their prices anywhere! Jess and Dustin are the sweetest people you'd ever meet and from the first time I walked through the doors , Jess treated me like a long time friend instead of just another customer.
