My garage door opener froze yesterday and required immediate attention. Found Same Day Overhead Repair online and this team had a tech (Fabian) out within 3 hours. At first Fabian attempted to save the old unit, but ultimately installed a new unit and had my door operational one hour later!!!! Unbelievable service for sure! Same Day Overhead Repair are amazing and Fabian was quick, clean and efficient. Extremely impressed and will most definitely use them again! Keep up the great work!

Amazing service. I called this morning because I walked into my garage to leave for an appointment. When my door only opened 2 inches, I knew there was something wrong. I immediately called Same Day Garage Repair in a panic. Fabian answered, offered guidance, and scheduled an appointment for the same day. He told me what time to expect him, texted me that he would be there in 30 minutes, and called when he was out the driveway. I was blown away with the excellent communication, professionalism, speed, and accuracy. I had a friend back into my garage by accident over the weekend. The door was much damaged, and it seemed like nothing will save it. I spoke to my neighbor about what happened and she recommended Same Day Overhead Repair since she had pervious jobs done by them and she had a great experience. So decided to call Same Day Overhead Repair on Monday. Once I called them Rafael picked up the phone, he was very pleasant and helpful. He was able to set up an appointment for me that same day. He gave me a 2 hour time frame with a 20 minute call before to know that the tech was on their way. Fabian gave me a 20 minute call to advise me he will be there. He was on time for the appointment. Fabian was very knowledgeable and friendly. My door was not repairable as I anticipated. He gave me a good price and made my invoice on site. Later that day Rafael gave me a call back for the installment date, since the door was in stock they were able to have it installed on Thursday in the morning. Same Day Overhead Repair’s installers came they were prompt and very nice. It took about 4 hours or so to get the door installed. They left the garage clean and I couldn’t be more satisfied than the service Same Day Overhead Repair provided.
