I had my car repaired March 2025 from a rear ended accident. I was supposed to go my car aligned. They told me that my car got aligned and I was good to go. Fast forward almost a year later, my tires started to wear on the inside which caused me to buy new tires that wasn't a year old. I called Crumps body because the tire company told me that my car wasn't aligned. As a result, Crumps Body shop employee told me that they didn't aligned my car and they couldn't fix the error that they made even if another employee of their company told me my car was aligned at their shop. The male manager was EXTREMELY RUDE and told me that they failed to call and update me that they did not do an alignment on my car. He even talked over me as though I wasn't knowledgeable about what was going on with my car. As a result of miscommunication with the insurance company and the body shop, I am financially responsible for getting the alignment that was supposed to been completed at Crumps body shop along with replacing new tires. UPDATE: I called the insurance company (Progressive) and they informed me that an alignment was never in my paperwork and was not recommended by Crump's Body Shop. They only replaced my rear bumper but did not inspect it thoroughly, nor tell me to get an alignment. I HIGHLY DON'T recommend! They are very unprofessional and have very poor communication skills with their customers and insurance adjuster.
