My husband and I Went in today for a new phone and to switch from metro by T-Mobile we were treated very kindly and she helped with every single question we had, Above and beyond customer service 😊 glad we switched. Very helpful.

5 Stars for Misty as she helped me port 2 numbers and add a new line on Cricket wireless! Misty was extremely helpful in explaining the plans available and the process of bringing my numbers from multiple carriers over to Cricket Wireless. Only issue I had was my phone was not able to port over as cricket wireless requires voice over LTE. I plan to bring my line over when I get a new phone, but highly recommend the Joplin store. Also the process was pretty quick and I came in on a Saturday morning! All 3 girls working that Saturday were very friendly and helpful. Thanks again Misty!
