Went by a month a half ago. Salesman was nice took my information for a quote, including phone and email. There was no response, I went by again wondering if they had my information correct. It was right and was told I would be contacted. I've heard nothing. I would've appreciated, at least, "we're too busy for 2 months", but no.

Nobody answered phone. I went in and there was no sales person to see me. Receptionist took my information. No one has called me. Vanacor Windows answered after a couple of rings and is going to give me a quote from a couple of pictures of my door I'm replacing and the measurements I am sending him.

Terrible!!!!! We just had new windows installed and they do not even attempt to minimize the mess. The first day they didn't use any dropcloths and left a mess everywhere. The second day they used a couple dropcloths because I complained. However they ran into a problem with one of the windows and had to break it to remove it. In the process of doing this glass was literally flying all over my living room. Besides them not cleaning up their mess at all, it is outrageously unsafe the way they allowed glass to fly around my house like that. I have no idea if I was able to clean it all up and I hope no one gets hurt from this disaster. Terrible way to run a business!!!
