Ronnie is an absolutely awesome technician. He initially came out months ago to do maintenance after my husband passed away. He explains every thing to me in terms I can understand and I trust him completely. First, Ethan is very efficient and thorough! He took the time to explain what his inspection entails before he started. Gave me an opportunity to ask questions and then went to work! He started our interaction off in a great way!
Ryan Franks came to my home to look at an unused bathroom in my shop. I wanted to know the cost to make it useable. Several of his earlier appointments were not available so Ryan, also, looked at the my water heater that I had questions about. Ryan then looked at the rest of my home plumbing. Ryan is a very pleasant, professional man who was never in a rush and answered all my concerns and questions. I would have him out to my home anytime. I received two quotes based on work that needs attention sooner rather than later and a quote that include a couple of wish list items for the plumbing.
The job done was great. The technician took his time and made sure to be thorough. My concerns were addressed and the technician was kind, polite, and professional. Every person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The price tag was pretty high, but the warranty and guarantee made it a little better.
