Be careful with the sales team's "Manager Specials." We were told a $9,700 quote was the exact same work as a previous $18,600 estimate. Now that it's cold, we realized the sales rep, Ashley, removed the closed-cell spray foam insulation from the order without telling us. The old insulation was removed but not replaced with a thermal barrier. Now the first floor is freezing. It is a shame, the sales office was not transparent. We need the crawlspace insulated under the price we paid, since that was the agreement on the phone. ​The work manager and crew were excellent, hard-working, and very professional.

Great experience with crawlspace brothers for a full encapsulation! Oliver and his crew completed a relatively large job in 1.5 days thoroughly and it looks fantastic. Highly recommend Crawl Space Brothers! In one day, they transformed our crawl space from a junk filled, mildewy mess that we never could use into a clean, protected space where we can store things. Everyone we worked with was professional and friendly.
