Noah and the Gearin' Up Bicycles Team are phenomenal. I brought in each of my 3 bikes this month - a commuter, endurance/roadbike, and mountain bike, and they did a fantastic job with each. Beyond being excellent mechanics, their customer service is superb. For example, Noah was able to diagnose and fix my mountain bike in less than 2 hours, accommodating me and my special request after I called ahead. Also, their price is super fair. I'm thrilled to have found such an excellent bike shop in the city. Thank you!

Such great service from Sky and Ivan. They provide mechanical help along with basic bicycle advice. I feel very comfortable with working with my vintage bike after buying it from them.

I had a great experience at Gearing Up Bicycles. The gentleman who helped me was extremely helpful and clearly very knowledgeable. He took a look at my bike, opened it up, and tightened a bolt for me, and did not charge me. I really appreciated the help and would definitely recommend them.

Fast, friendly, and very affordable! Was having shifting issues and bike couldn't get into top gear. Brought it in on a busy Saturday afternoon, and they had it fixed within a few hours. Good as new, and extremely affordable. Will be back for future bike fixes!
