The charging port stopped working on my laptop. Paul was able to order the part, and get it fixed quickly. He is the ultimate professional. Very knowledgeable with computers, and very reasonably priced. Don't hesitate to call him with your computer needs!

I spilled water on my laptop keyboard and despite all of my efforts to dry it out, the left mouse button and other keys wouldn't work. I reached out to Paul and I was able to drop it off later that day. He called me the following day after looking at it and provided me with an estimate for the repair and shipping time for the part. He called me a few days later to let me know the shipping time was delayed (seems to be the norm these days) and said he would let me know when he got the part and when I could pick it up. I had an older laptop that wouldn't even turn on. I reached out through Thumbtack to several computer repair shops...no one got back to me. Paul, from Computers 2000, contacted me through Thumbtack even though I hadn't reached out to him. He repaired my computer in short order and saved me money. Highly recommend.
