I have gone to COMPUTER DOC on several occasions to get me out of trouble .. Jon identifies the problem, gives me useful info/ explanations gets me back up and running. This is my βgo toβ for computer problemsπ. Thank you

I cannot explain and words are never enough to express my gratitude! My computer has sat untouched for almost three years because I broke my power cord off in the computer... Well I've not needed it and now l do... In a matter of three days the wonderful people fixed it at a more than reasonable price too..(thanks for taking care of me, you know who you are **wink**) The people here are quality for sure I will recommend them often and never go anywhere else!! I can't say enough great things about Jon and Computer Doc NC! I called at 9:02am on a Thursday morning after not being able to get my laptop to boot up and Jon answered immediately and told me I could bring it in asap. I dropped it off with him and within 10 minutes he called and told me what the issue was. My motherboard was the issue and after discussing my options and my time constraints due to a work deadline, we decided that he would move my hard drive to a new laptop he had on hand. I was able to pick it up at 9am Friday morning. I was so amazed at their wonderful service, fair pricing, and speed at which my case was handled. I had no...
