I had such a great experience with NYQuest Computer Repair! I arrived at the office with a broken hinge on my 5-year-old Lenovo Legion laptop knowing it needed repairs on its case - and feeling unsure if they were going to even be worth doing. I felt so much better after he gave his advice on what he felt my computer would need. I went and ordered all the parts he suggested and a new battery - and once everything arrived, he replaced the broken parts in a very timely manner. I would like to give Alvin five stars for his excellent work. He is very professional and gave me a great price. I will absolutely in the future use his services again. That is an absolute fact. Al is the best! It turned out to be a cable so it wasn't a major deal but he's professional and knows what he's doing. I chopped it up with him for a long time afterward and he's just a genuine good human being who isn't out to rip you off. I appreciate everything he did for me (even if it was small) and he made a lifelong customer out of me. Anytime I have an issue now I'll go to him or recommend him highly to anyone I know!
