Have used Computer Pros a couple of times before and this time my experience was no different. We had a new desktop computer that kept freezing. After 5 weeks of doing self-diagnostics, trying multiple things, having my son uninstall and re-install software, and several other tests, we thought we had it working and then came another update and it started freezing again. Took it into Computer Pros for service. In addition to that, I thought I had lost all of my files. When we initially took the computer in, we removed the drive so I could still use it in an external drive, hooked up to my laptop, while they were servicing the desktop. Once we hooked that up, I noticed that the drive was now encrypted. (By reading online, Microsoft makes it sound like there is nothing you can do about it if you didn't encrypt it yourself and have a 47 digit key.....it says you basically lose everything on that drive.) Apparently, once we put it in the new machine, it encrypted it automatically. I didn't realize it could be unencrypted, but they had me bring it in and they fixed that too. They are a Godsend! Everyone there was very professional and super friendly and very easy to deal with. Service was quick and it didn't take long at all to get my desktop back. They are very knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy (which is important to me as I don't like taking my computers, with all of my files on it, to just anyone). I cannot recommend Computer Pros enough and will continue to use them in the future for any other computer needs. Highly recommend!
