Very knowledgeable, completely transparent, kept me updated with progress and the quote is what I paid. I brought Alex my laptop he found viruses and corrupted operating system. He worked on it tirelessly and cleaned it up inside and out. When he was done it just like the day I bought it and he got it done a day earlier than expected. Unfortunately the data was so corrupted with viruses it couldn't be saved without risk of returning the viruses to the computer. He really knows his profession and will do everything possible to meet and exceed your needs. 10 out 10 highly recommend. I cant sing his praises enough.
