They wanted $42 for the diagnostic alone. When I questioned why they charged when others do it for free, I got some very snippy and unprofessional responses. The man I talked to has some serious ego issues.

I highly recommend Computer Partners. Eric has never let me down. He always finds time to help and has never failed to solve a problem. He has walked me through more technical problems than I care to mention. Computer Partners is the best!

I CANNOT emphasize enough how wonderful this business is! As I’m writing this my computer is still being serviced and this place goes FAR FAR FAR above and beyond to ensure your computer is in pronominal, they are very knowledgeable about current technology and systems issues with a variety of different components and will not hesitate to let you know if something you have poses a threat to the rest of your system, for what you pay you get service that (in my opinion at least) rivals a lot of big tech companies service departments like Best Buy or microcenter Would absolutely recommend checking them out for installation services, software assistance, repair work, or even just purchasing of individual parts as I noticed they did keep a shelf with pretty in demand components 10/10 Thank you to computer partners and their staff for all they do ❤️

This is my 3rd review In my 50 years but for some reason, this place made me feel like they deserved one. I just called to see if they could work on my, not really a computer and the gentleman was very honest with me. Not what I wanted to hear but honest. He could have taken my tablet and charged a lot of labor only to not recover anything. Thank you for your honesty to whenever I spoke with over the phone. I’ll definitely use them in the future but I hope I won’t ever need them.
