Got my iphone 7 screen replaced but instead my iphone started to smoke when I put it on the charger. They also didn't give me my original case, instead a cheap crack case. Please don't go here your phone will be worse when you get it back. I wish I could give them a negative star

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND device repair services with them. I brought in a fully functioning iPad for a front screen repair and received my iPad back not functioning. I only realized it was not working the way it should until I got home. So I went back and explained my situation and was told it would be an hour wait. I waited the hour and went back, then the home button was not working. At this point I am very annoyed but I just explained it again and was told it wasn’t working because “I have nails”. Beforehand, the technician’s coworker tested it out with me and realized that it wasn’t working either, so that was not an acceptable reason. After the excuse he presented was invalid he then tried to say that’s just the way it is. Please save your time and go to competent people.
