Horrific experience - leased two Canon tower machines. One of them never fully functioned. ABS technician came out a number of times and he eventually admitted there was no fix. Had to deal with not being able to properly scan for the entire life of the lease without ABS ever offering a real solution. Completely contradictory to what they state when trying to solicit your business. AND IT ONLY GETS WORSE....after lease expired, they sent us a bill for $1,000+ for outstanding service charges. In good faith (shame on us), our billing team remitted payment. After closer review, the money was for a very sneaky "auto-renewal" clause on their maintenance agreement. They collected money from us for an entire year of maintenance for machines that no longer existed!! Free money for them! A years worth of service with no machines to actually service! After attempts to contact them to resolve, they showed absolutely no interest in making things right. BEWARE! Unethical and no intent to make things right.

ALL the staff at Accelerated has be simply wonderful to our organization! From the process of picking the machine that best suits our needs to the installation and support - seamless and ABOVE BOARD! David has been out a few times (post-install) and has been professional, accommodating, and solved the little issues we had! Russell has also been very helpful. The office staff is extremely kind and their attention to our company has been amazing! We are a small company and the machine we are leasing is small but we have been treated as if we're a Fortune 500 company!! Thanks Accelerated! You guys are fantastic!
