Tyler with Comfort Air Solutions was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issue with my fireplace, explained exactly what went wrong in a clear and straightforward way, and walked me through how to prevent it from happening again with proper maintenance. He showed up on time, was easy to work with, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. On top of that, he’s just a genuinely great guy to deal with. I had a great experience with Comfort Solutions and our technician, Todd. I initially called because we were due for a fall HVAC checkup but we also noticed a malfunction in our gas fireplace. When I called Comfort Solutions (based on a friend’s recommendation) the customer service representative said they have technician who could address both requests in the same call, outstanding! Todd arrived right on time. He also arrived with his own booties to cover his boots and protect my floors. Two characteristics I look for in tradesmen are arriving on time and respecting my home. Todd already started on a great note. Next, he looked at the fireplace, identified the issue and proposed a solution. I thought he would need to come back another day after ordering parts but he had the needed part in his truck. Wonderful! In no time Todd had our 32 year old fireplace looking and running as good as new. Finally, Todd performed checkups on both the HVAC systems, confirmed they are running well and gave us a few tips to keep them in top shape. It can be unsettling finding new tradesmen to work in your home. I am so grateful to have found Comfort Solutions. I look forward to welcoming them back to our home for years to come.

We called after attempting to set an appt with another company multiple times over the last month or so. We thought we'd be spending another Christmas with no working fireplace as our calls kept getting dropped and never returned. Called Comfort Solutions last week and they were able to get us scheduled in just a few days, on Christmas-eve. I don't recall the gentleman's name that we spoke with on the phone, but he was incredibly polite and informative. They later texted to let us know they could start earlier if we wanted to have more time that afternoon to do holiday prep, which we accepted. This would have been a simple-ish repair but we tried to do it ourselves a while back and we lost a part that turned out was working fine. Oops. Alex had to replace that part, then figure out the original problem. He figured out the problem quickly, but the part we needed was just a half size larger than the parts he had stocked on his truck. Thankfully he had a kit with the correct size that he was able to use. Alex got it working within our appt window time slot, while keeping us updated on the process the whole time so we could focus on preparing for our party that evening, and he was also able to do a tune up on a small furnace in our room addition. I can not express how excited and thankful we were that he got it all up and running, cleaned up, and looking snazzy in time for Christmas. 5 stars! We will definitely use this company again.
