Victor is an amazing Cobbler! I was out here on vacation and needed my Doc Martens sole fixed. He taught me a little something about quality control and how to spot a defunct shoe. He did his very best to fix and turned around my shoe quickly. He is honest, kind, and I’m so glad I found this shop!
I brought in a pair of sandals, and they now look brand new - even better than when I got them. I needed them repaired for an event out of town that week, and they went above and beyond to accommodate. 10/10 experience, will definitely be back!
My wife and I visited the Cobbler's Bench for the first time yesterday. She wanted her 20 year old favorite HoboBag to be repaired. Chris greeted us and spent alot of time with us without a hard sell. His father Vincent also came out to help. They offered reasonable and honest prices although the extent of repairs may necessitate simply buying a new bag (to my wife's dismay). We were impressed by their expertise, courtesy, and authenticity as well as the high quality of workmanship one can see in the items around the store. We would use nobody else in the future even though we many not utilize their services this time. A great local business to support!!
I had to fix these shoes brought from Europe and I had a great positive experience at Cobbler's Bench!Very friendly and professional service.reasonable pricing and I got my shoes not only fixed as asked..but I received them polished and shiny!
