Every company member I have dealt with has been courteous, highly skilled and very professional. Their installation work is beautifully done. My new replacement windows were made by Coastal Industries and within 6 months a tree came through a window during a storm..Linda and Jesse were Wonderful..They were here in no time to assess and as an Emergency situation were able to make a new one and replace it within days…I was Amazed! Coastal Industries built and installed 22 windows, 2 storm windows and two attic windows in my house. I chose them because they were recommended by a company that had done interior work for me previously. Plus Coastal Industries had windows and storms in colors I wanted and I was impressed by both the quality of the samples I saw and the meticulous and professional way their representative went over their products with me. The windows and doors are really a great addition to my house. The company was also very patient with me waiting until the house was painted despite a delay because waiting until the painting was completed was certainly the right answer. Once the doors and windows were in place, it just simply glows! I am not prone to exaggeration and certainly not to undeserved compliments, but I can say without reserve that the team of Robert, Jesse, and Pedro did a superb job, thoroughly professional, and I am thrilled with the doors and windows that operate smoothly and are very well made.
Wonderful family owned and operated window manufacturing company. They have been in Haverhill, MA for over 60 years. I just replaced all the windows in my office and a new 3 season porch in my home. Their windows and doors standup to all the big guys! They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Coastal industries provided the windows and doors for 2 of my construction projects. I can not praise the attention to detail and the responsiveness from this company. Every single tiny detail was cared for and the family atmosphere of the company comes through at every phase of the project. They have so much talent and so much ability to understand exactly what you need and when you need it. The pricing was more than competitive compared to all the more well known brands that I researched. When it came time for delivery of windows even the delivery people were so nice and so friendly and they volunteered to place the windows and doors nearest to where they would be installed . I can not say enough about this company the quality of their product the quality of their service and how exciting it is to deal with nice people who really care about your project and your investment. Every project I do in the future will have Coastal Industries windows and doors.
