We purchased a refrigerator for our basement last year from Christi, our sales representative at Barrons Appliance, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Christi immediately made us feel welcome, took the time to understand what we were looking for, and demonstrated outstanding product knowledge. Most importantly, she earned our trust by guiding us toward the right option rather than simply trying to make a sale. We also really appreciate that Barron’s stands behind what they sell and services the appliances they provide. Because of that great experience, we recently returned to Barron’s and worked with Christi again to purchase a second refrigerator for our kitchen. Once again, she helped us find the perfect fit for our style, functional needs, and budget. Christi is a pleasure to work with, and we highly recommend both her and Barron’s Appliance.

Rob Cohen is the best sales person I have ever met at any retail store. He is knowledgeable about the details of the products, he is very personable, and is focused on you the customer undistracted while speaking with you. Explained the delivery process and speaks with clarity. The delivery team was great, through the front door and up a finished stair hall to second floor laundry room. Not a scratch on the walls, floor, or stairs. They made it look easy. Jenny the Baron Chatbot was automatically tracking the delivery truck and texting the estimated time of arrival. I will be a Barons customer for life. Great experience.
