I must share I had an incredible experience this morning at the Coach Outlet in Pooler, Ga. Freddie was AMAZINGLY impeccable, helping me secure my Large Rowan in love denim bag! He made my day it was the last bag in the store, will be forever grateful for him and the services he provided me with today! Make sure to stop Coach and ask for Freddie you won't be disappointed ❤
My wife loves this place. But I can't understand why a high end place like this would let the carpet get so dirty. Just an observation
This place is trash. $1800 and can’t even get it gift wrapped as promised. Don’t waste your money.
I went into the store on 12/13, I am from Florida and visited the area for the weekend. This coach store is large and has a nice selection. I was able to find some great deals and the service was good. Its not a lot to do in this area so the outlet is nice because it gives the area some hope. I recommend this location, its the only nice store in the entire area.
My first coach wallet lasted 15 years. So I didn't mind paying a premium for a replacement. They made the price better with a 65% discount. Not much selection but I did find one that I was okay with. The staff never came around to add value since they were too busy yik-yaking. Check out was painfully slow. Plan on parking far away.
