I LOOOOOOVE MY NEW COUNTER TOPS AND JIMMY the installer was so nice and amazing. He explained every part of the job and made me feel at ease. Once I do my rental properties I will definitely use them again and I hope they send Jimmy and his team again.

I went through Lowe's to order quartz countertops and Classic Stone happened to be the subcontractor. They installed the kitchen countertops on a Monday and claimed the kitchen sink that they were supposed to install was broken. I was told that they would come out the next day to install the sink. That never came to fruition. According to Classic Stone, we should receive the sink on Friday (5 business days from the installation of the countertops). I'm skeptical they'll hit that date as well. If you're not going to use your kitchen or don't care about prompt updates, by all means use them. Otherwise, run and hide if you see the company 'Classic Stone' or 'Cosentino' on your bid. Still waiting on the sink. Until then, I guess I'll use the garden hose. Oh and like the guy below, the manager was 'out of town' for us as well.
