I had Clark's Mechanical replace an existing tankless combi boiler. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. ALL the people that came out from this company including Coral, Corey, Chris, Antonio, and owner Fred were knowledgable, professional, and very helpful. First of all , I would like to say the crew that came out to my house, for a duct cleaning and furnace install, were the nicest group of people that I've ever had the pleasure to have working in my house. On top of that their professionalism and knowledge was nothing less than exceptional! If I was allowed to give more than 5 stars, I would! We are first time customers, but now lifelong customers! Thank you so much Clarks mechanical for your service!
I found two screws on the ground next to the furnace that were taken off and not put back on. They left trash including dirty paper towels, zip ties, and big nail next to the furnace. They improperly installed one of my vent covers. They were supposed to clean my dryer vent but didn't. They said they would clean the air returns and instead just cleaned the return covers and put it back on. I ended up taking the return covers off and cleaned inside myself.
