Stay away if you value your money or your time. If you want to experience some of the worst customer service, try calling their customer service manager, Matt Dunn. Despite being only seven weeks into the role, he showed zero interest in resolving a legitimate concern and spoke to us in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. Someone in that position should absolutely invest in basic customer service training, especially when dealing with paying business customers. This shop is expensive, slow, and once they have your money, support disappears. There are far better diesel shops out there—take your business elsewhere. If zero stars was an option that is what they deserve. Update: After this review was posted, the DOO, Todd reached out and the truck is being brought in for diagnosis. I will update this review once the issue is fully resolved.

I absolutely love this place and it is one of the better places around to get your truck worked on. I'll continue to go to them for the small jobs and the big ones as well. Thanks guys
