I checked reviews on here before I went to the store. Chris is very professional and respectful of both you and your item. He gave me a quote and said it would be available the next day. Imagine my surprise when he called me late afternoon and said it was ready! 5 Stars! I will tell my friends and family. And I will, of course, be back for repeat business should the need arise. Chris is not only a wonderfully talented jeweler, but he is a genuinely acceptable human being. My husband and I both take any jewelry we need fixed, polished or refurbished and he does an excellent job. On our last visit, he fixed my ring the same day so his service is impeccable. His prices are great, especially for the quality he offers. We always love chatting with him and hearing his story. He has a great eye for quality and is a true artist. Chris truly has an amazing gift when it comes to jewelry, diamonds specifically. My husband and I came to him to upgrade the diamond on my ring, we originally thought we wanted to go up to 1.5-2 carats, Chris recommended 1 carat and I am so glad we trusted his judgement. My ring came out absolutely perfect, it’s so beautiful. He did such an amazing job with it, from the diamond he chose to the craftsmanship. His prices are very reasonable and turnaround time is quick (took it in on a Sunday, it was completed by Wednesday afternoon). I cannot recommend CK Jewelry Repair enough, we are customers for life.
