I LOVE MacHQ! I just purchased a brand new desktop and they transferred all of the data from my laptop to my new desktop. I was able to hit the ground running with setting up my new desktop in my office. They made it very easy. I also have a desktop that hasn’t been working right for over a year now. I dropped it off so they can work on it and get it running smoothly again. I’m so happy I have a place where I can purchase the latest and greatest and a place to go to help me keep my machines running and functioning properly. Thanks MacHQ!!!

I had excellent customer service today at MacHQ. The system on my 8-year-old iPad was not updating. When Bailey checked it out, he explained the problem very clearly and offered several solutions. In the end though, I did decide to buy a new pad, which has much more storage space. The cost was very reasonable, only about $85 more than I paid 8 years ago, so I am happy with my decision. MacHQ was also very helpful a few years ago when I needed help with my old desktop model and backing up files to an external drive. I find the staff very knowledgeable and personable.

I went in for my first Mac tuneup, and found it to be really helpful. Jim cleaned up some things for me and advised me on how to keep things running smoothly. The tuneup was comprehensive, and Jim went over everything the looked at and did. I have worked with Mac Headquarters in the past for repairs and advice. They are always polite, honest, and very helpful.
