They completed the work swiftly and effectively, providing numerous photos that demonstrated the step-by-step process of what was removed and replaced. Miguel was excellent, explaining everything in detail and addressing all my inquiries. He explained the intricacies of my previous setup and how it was upgraded and corrected to create a much more efficient and improved system. I’m very pleased with the work and glad I went with this company.

My experience with Chimney Monkey was incredible. They scheduled the first appointment and estimate at my convenience. Mike, the technician, explained all of the options for replacing my current equipment. We decided on the Ventless System and went to the showroom to see the set-up. The installation went perfectly. Mike arrived on time, covered our floor, removed the old unit, installed the new unit and cleaned up. Mike spent time with us after the install and fully explained the operation of the system. Obviously we were very pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend this company for fireplace work.

I’m very satisfied with Chimney Monkey. From start to finish, they were honest, patient, and professional. Elloy in the office was very helpful and easy to talk to, and Art, the technician, arrived right on time. He finished everything in one visit and was very thorough with his work. We spoke with a few other companies before, but they were unprofessional and didn’t do a proper inspection. They only wanted to replace the chimney without finding the real problem. Chimney Monkey did things the right way, gave a true assessment, and provided the right solution. Highly recommend this company — great service and great people!
