We purchased our new wood stove from the chimney man in the fall of 25’ , from delivery-removal of old stove- install of new stove the entire process was seamless. Fast forward a few months and we are extremely happy with the stove Q helped us pick out based on our specific needs. We also just had them out to put a stucco finish on the interior chimney and brick wall behind stove. It is clear that the team here are true professionals, passionate about what they do and such a pleasure to work with! Highly recommend!

The experience was great from start to finish. I purchased a new stove, had a chimney liner installed as well as a new thimble. My knowledge of wood stoves I found was fairly antiquated. I had no idea about how much more efficient wood stoves had become. Q took the time to help me find the right stove for my needs but also my budget. I ended up getting True North TN20. The crew that installed the liner, stove and thimble were professional and without a doubt took pride in doing quality work. Since having the system installed in early December, a day has not gone by where we have not used it. I can’t adequately express how thankful I am that I did not cheap out and buy something from a box store. I have the peace of mind knowing that I purchased a quality unit, which was professionally installed by experts in the field.
